My second time on Sentosa, the island in the south of S'pore...

My favourite picture...after having dropped some local guy from a group of 10 in the sea, they wanted to play some water rugby against us. Of couse we won and deserved our fresh beer in the sea.... awesome

You can find Karaoke-Bars everywhere around Boat Quay, there is one bar next to the other. At your table, you get little notepads on which you write your choice of song. Then after a lot of chinese songs youmight be lucky to sing one. I had the impression that everybody there could sing really well but we just shouted (also because of some beers :)... For some reason our performance was so good that one local paid a jug of beer for us. Thanks

Our monthly meal at Hooters, Clarke Quay... Hannes prepares his Hotdog. The Prices are quite high, but once a month we can't resist :)

after the meal we went to the G-MAX Reverse Bungee @ Clarke Quay (see www.gmax.co.nz/location.html). After being seated in the metal seats, this machine accelerates from 0-200 km/h in 3 Seconds :) crazy man

According to my Risk & Insurance Professor, this is what would happen to 2 men and 1 woman left on a desert island depending on their nationalities:

One Italian would kill the other to have the woman,

The two Americans would have the woman together,

The two French would kill the woman to have each other,

The two Germans set up a strict weekly schedule for sharing the woman,

One of the Thais would rent out the women to the other for 2 bahts a night,

One of the Philippinos would kidnap the woman and ask the other one a ransom,

The two Singaporeans would wait for government instructions to know what to do with the woman

Sharing one room with another guy for one year is quite an experience and you have to nicen up your room a bit, thank God there is IKEA :) even in S'pore. I bought some wood boards to cover my "Fensterbank" cos that was just an iron grid :)

sometimes it is also nice to eat something else than Rice... *lol*

Each Wednesday is Ladies Night in S'pore (entrance free + all drinks free incredible!!!), went to dbl-0, very nice club and bar in one. Prices are very good: pay 8 EUR for a pitcher of what you want :) Vodka-Red Bull rules... french love it cos you can't buy energy drinks in France :( i'll post some party pics above

S'pore Night Safari... hatte ich mir etwas spektakulärer vorgestellt, man ist letztlich nur mit sonem Autochen an den Gehegen vorbeigefahren und hat die Tiere von weitem gesehen

man achte auf die Bar: aus purem EIS! es gibt hier so geile EskimoBars, die innen -4 Grad kalt sind... schon verrückt, die Asiaten, tragen dann alle von der Bar gestellte weisse Daunenjacken :) die Leute sind Schweden und Kanadierinnen, sehr nett

ja der Schotte trägt wirklich einen Kilt... die ziehen sowas durch. Wir haben echt alle Blicke auf uns gelenkt, ein deutscher Lockenkopf und trinkwütige Schotten in Kilt. Ich sage nur... rein in die Bar, 12 EUR Eintritt (wusste gar nicht, dass Hard Rock Cafés Eintritt kosten hier, da gibts ja echt nix besonderes, geh ich nie wieder hin), philippinische Band ausgelacht, 1 Bier und die beiden stärksten Cocktails auf der Karte getrunken und nach 10 Min wieder raus mit 35 EUR weniger... läuft!

Überwachungsstaat Singapur... hier hab ich mal zurückgeschlagen :)
aber ist schon recht krass: am Mittwoch waren wir in der Disco im Ministry of Sound, brandneu, brandgeil!!! naja jedenfalls war einer der Dancefloors so wie im Justin Timberlake-Video mit abwechselnd bunten LeuchtQuadraten auf dem Boden. Sobald man also die Tanzfläche mit Zigarette oder Getränk betritt, kommt einer der freundlichen 4 (!!!) Security-Leute, die direkt ringsum die Tanzfläche sind und bittet einen doch bitte erst auszutrinken bzw. woanders zu rauchen ... dann steht man also echt 3 cm vor soner schwelle und übertritt sie erst, wenn das Bier leer ist... trotzdem absolut gerockt, leider keine Cam dabei gehabt, beste Party bisher bis auf die Freshmen-Party

das war noch am Sonntag am Strand von Pulau Ubin... ich hoffe man erkennt mich als 6 :)
ist ganz witzig, es sind krass viele Franzosen hier und irgendwie können die ja immer nur so mehr oder weniger gut englisch und alle sprechen beach leider nicht mit langem i sondern mit kurzem i. "We went to a really beautiful bitch yesterday"... so hört sich das dann an... jaja schlimm sowas, ist schon sone Art insider hier

sorry jetzt hol ich grad mal den Sonntag nach... wir waren den ganzen Tag auf Pulau Ubin, eine kleine Insel im Norden von Singapur, der reinste Dschungel echt krass... leider gab es nur einen winzigen Strand dort und der war voller Schlick, daher auch der Smiley auf meinem Rücken

Ansonsten zieht man sich auch gerne mal auf der Party aus und übergießt andere mit Pitchern voller Eiswürfel, die von der Party übrig waren :) Es stimmt übrigens wirklich, dass die Schotten so viel trinken, oh mein Gott, die rocken sowas von....

Soso, da ist also mein erster Blogeintrag. Mal sehen, wie lange ich es durchhalte hier was zu schreiben, aber ich geb mir Mühe, lustige Bilder hier reinzustellen und ein wenig zu kommentieren, damit ihr wisst, was hier abgeht.... denn das ist nicht wenig :)

Das Foto ist übrigens von der Freshmen-Party hier auf dem Campus, es war sehr lustig, Wodka-Red Bull Pitcher nur 10 EUR, sehr in Ordnung. Irgendwie haben mir alle immer die Cappy geklaut, sollte man immer dabei haben sowas :) ich poste gleich nochmal mehr Fotos...
